Lawn Mowing in Monbulk: Local Conditions and What That Means for Your Property

Mowing in Monbulk is a different operation to the suburban lawns we cut further west, and the equipment choices reflect that. The majority of residential blocks between Rankins Road and the Monbulk-Cockatoo Road are over 2,000 square metres, and many of the semi-rural lots off Baynes Park Road and Ridge Road push past half a hectare. That puts them well into zero-turn or ride-on territory. A push mower and a single operator won't clear them inside a sensible service window.
